Less than a block from Union Square, our hotel is a short walk from San Francisco's galleries, restaurants, and shops along Geary Street. We're two miles from Fisherman's Wharf and six miles from the Golden Gate Bridge. Enjoy dinner and drinks at our restaurant and bar and catch the cable car just outside our doors when you're ready to explore the city. Company Overview: Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00/per hour Essential Job Functions:
Physical Demands: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time), and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time), to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Some sedentary work involving report preparation and employee meetings. Frequent walking and standing. Qualifications: * Culinary, sales and service background required. Bachelors (preferred)
Experience
2 years: *Extensive experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, stewarding, kitchen, sales, catering and management required. Minimum two years supervisory experience in hotel industry. (required)
