 Baptist Health Lexington Surgical Services Department encompasses several key areas: the Pre-Op Department, 20 operating rooms with a business office staff responsible for scheduling, a Postoperative Care Unit, an Endoscopy Department with dedicated pre- and post-op areas, and a Sterile Processing Department. Description: 
 Assists Executive Director, Cardiovascular Services with scheduling meetings, events and assisting with coordination of services for transition and moves.Oversees and coordinates activities for Invasive and Non-invasive Cardiology services with scheduling events, coordinating survey schedules, and assisting with reports.Coordinate and complete special projects independently or in cooperation with other groups as assigned.Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the Heart and Valve Center, as appropriate, to include maintenance, inventory management, logistics, security, and related activities.Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other departments internally throughout the organization and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.Organizes and facilitates meetings and special events, schedules and coordinates dates and times, venues, attendance, agendas, and facilities, takes minutes, and provides administrative support and follow-up on matters arising from meetings.Maintains and updates office supplies for Cardiovascular ServicesMaintains Executive Director's schedule.Schedule meetings according to executive's guidelines.Provide information on schedule to executive daily or more frequently as appropriate.Coordinate schedule to provide effective use of executive's time.Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops Requirements: 
 High School Diploma or equivalent.3 years of Administrative Assistant experience. Benefits:
