Job Details: Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri Pay: $26.00 - $28.00/HR DOE What does a Fleet Vendor Coordinator do? As a Fleet Vendor Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's fleet vendor relationships. You will work closely with our Regional Fleet Operations Managers, facility leadership, as well as third party providers who service our vehicles. Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and prepare work orders and purchase orders for multiple locations, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with Regional Fleet Ops Manager and vendors to streamline invoicing and parts orders, fostering strong professional relationships. Establish and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for vendors, optimizing equipment longevity and performance. Coordinate and oversee emissions testing where applicable, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Facilitate regular meetings with Swire department leaders and third-party vendors to align goals and improve operational efficiency. Support the annual fleet audit process, providing detailed reports and insights to enhance fleet management. Validate DOT inspection compliance, ensuring all fleet operations meet regulatory standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
