   Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing industrial processing and packaging machinery, work tools and equipmentIdentifying and troubleshooting mechanical issuesProviding technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modificationsPerforming welding and fabrication activitiesRepairing and maintaining building utilities, including assembly and installation of pipe sections, fittings, or plumbing fixtures. Installation of water or sewer treatment plant equipment by performing hydraulic plumbingInstalling, maintaining, repairing and replacing electrical systems, including conduits, tubing, fixtures or componentsInstalling or replacing electronic equipment, components, systems, power, communication, control, or security equipment or systemUnderstanding, initiating, and participating in Root Cause Analysis (Why, Why)Performing both uptime and down time preventative maintenance Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performanceAssist in training new employeesPerform other duties as needed What you have to offer:  
 High school diploma or GED 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent education in a related fieldWorking knowledge of PLCs, HVAC systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systemsMachinist and/or metal fabrication experienceExperience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred Ability to solve diverse procedural problems within well-defined standards by selecting from learned responses.Basic computer skills including Microsoft systems (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and Maximo (CMMS).Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic electrical circuits. Must display a willingness to learn additional electrical skills. Physical requirements:
