Physician - General Cardiologist (Non-Invasive)

Overview:

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic (CTC), the employed medical group of CHRISTUS Health, is seeking a General Cardiologist to join its expanding team in San Antonio. Cardiology with CHRISTUS at Westover Hills hospital is the only comprehensive cardiology group serving the rapidly growing Westover Hills area-one of the fastest-developing regions in the city. CHRISTUS Santa Rosa - Westover Hills is undergoing a $300M expansion, positioning it as a premier destination for advanced cardiac care.

Position Highlights:

• General cardiology in both inpatient and outpatient settings

• Based at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa - Westover Hills

• Monday-Friday schedule (half-day Fridays for admin)

• Supported by 2 NPs and 1 PA (expanding to 5 APPs); APPs assist with rounding

• Strong referral base from daily NP consults and hospital volume

• Services include echo, nuclear, ABI (in development), and 3 Cath labs

Qualifications:

• Board certified/eligible in Cardiovascular Disease

• Open to current fellows

• Texas license or eligibility

• Echo/nuclear certification preferred
