The staff at Dogs’ Best Friend understands this and is committed to their care during their stay, whether they come for a day or spend a whole vacation with us. We offer personalized dog and cat boarding services, interactive games and activities for doggie day care guests and professional grooming.

This position includes both office duties and the care and cleaning of our pups.

Schedule:

Wednesday & Thursday

Saturday & Sunday

8hr shifts

32 hours per week

Expectations:

• Ability to multitask and balance office and kennel responsibilities

• Effectively using a computer for managing schedules, customer records, and other administrative tasks

• Greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone

• Managing appointments and scheduling for boarding, daycare, and grooming services

• Assisting with daily office operations and organizing paperwork

• Care for and manage animals in our care (feeding, walking, and monitoring health)

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized kennel environment

• Assist with transporting animals to and from different areas of the facility

• Provide general care and attention to animals as needed during office hours

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and attentive care

• Experience preferred

• Background check & drug test required

• Basic accounting skills required
