Your Tasks
- Perform EMC testing in accordance with national and international regulatory standards and laboratory procedures.
- Prepare and review test reports, providing constructive feedback to enhance the quality of deliverables.
- Operate and maintain laboratory test and measurement equipment, including EMI test receivers, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers, ESD, EFT, surge, radiated, and conducted immunity devices.
- Support customers regarding the application of standards, test procedures, and certification requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, providing technical recommendations and compliance information.
- Adapt work schedule as needed to meet project deadlines and team requirements.
- Represent yourself, your team, and TUV SUD America with professionalism and pride.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering or at least 3 years of relevant EMC testing experience.
- Experience with regulatory testing for FCC, ISED Canada, and EU (ETSI); experience with other international markets is a plus.
- Knowledge of wireless/RF communication systems and protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency with relevant test equipment and automation software.
- Prior experience in an electronics laboratory environment.
- Strong customer focus, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Self-directed, improvement-minded, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Information
The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $70,000 - 120,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
