Route Driver Non CDL

JOB SUMMARY

St. Paul Beverage Solutions has an immediate opening for a dependable Route Driver (Non-CDL). This role requires operating a refrigerated box truck safely and efficiently to deliver dairy products to customer locations on a set daily route.

Drivers in this position must thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high efficiency while fostering positive, friendly relationships with each customer. The role involves manual labor, specifically using a two-wheel dolly and a ramp to unload and deliver various dairy products at each stop.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year related experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
