Description Acara Solutions is looking for a licensed Medicare Account Manager to start ASAP with one of our clients in Williamsville, NY. Monday- Friday 9am-3pm fully onsite Contract role starting ASAP- mid December (possible longer) $25/hr Job Summary: The Medicare Account Manager is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, answering client questions, and processing enrollments of Medicare clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls from individual clients Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex matters as needed. Collaborate with sales team to support business growth and ensure quality service delivery. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Ensure all activities are compliant with CMS guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and internal policies. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: 1+ years in a consultative support role, with a track record of helping clients resolve complex issues, particularly in employee benefits. HS Diploma or equivalent Life and Health Insurance License (or a similar Accident and Health license) Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service, both via email and telephone, with a focus on empathy, accuracy, and problem-solving. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products, including Microsoft Excel. A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients.
