Genesis10 is currently seeking a IT Help Desk Analyst for a 5 month contract role in the healthcare industry in Eagan, MN. This role is 100% remote.
Shifts: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5 pm CST Monday-Friday: 9am-5:30 pm CST Position Overview: Daily Responsibilities/Job Description: * Resolve incidents and more complex work orders for our IT Users remotely through all intake methods. * Assist Incident Management and EOC with notification and resolution during system/application outages * Resolve work orders following documented steps and training * Other duties as assigned Interaction level with Management/Team Members: * Reports to a Supervisor or Manager in the Information Technology department/works closely with team to solve problems in a timely manner Skills Overview: Qualifications/years of experience: * HS diploma or GED is required * 1 year of service desk experience * Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Must Haves: 1. IT Customer Service experience 2. Ticket Tracking system experience 3. Strong written & verbal communications skills Technology Requirements: * Knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures Success/Performance Metrics: Soft Skills Needed: * Strong written & verbal communications skills Best vs Average Worker: * 20 tickets per day Performance Measurements: * CSI - 85% Compensation: Hourly W2 pay: $16.00 to $18.00/hour We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
