Shift hours: 
 8-hour shifts
  
   1st shift: 7 am to 3 pm2nd shift: 3 pm to 11 pm3rd shift: 11 pm to 7 amTraining occurs on 1st shift and then shift rotation after completion of training (rotation will be explained in the interview)Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysPlant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Pay:

   Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing industrial processing and packaging machinery, work tools and equipmentUsing machinery/equipment specifically related to the position including saws/drills, welders, lathes, bending/cutting machines, basic mechanical tools, ultrasonic/vibration analysis equipment, piping, rigging, lifting, and sheet metalTroubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems of all plant equipment (e.g., mechanical drive systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems)Troubleshooting and repairing electrical problems of plant and packaging/processing equipment such as wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, electrical installations, motors and AC/DC motor drivers and circuit boardsPerforming both uptime and downtime preventative maintenanceParticipate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performanceAssist in training new employees What you have to offer: 
 Minimum of a high school diploma or GEDMinimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or related industry experienceBasic mechanical knowledge and understanding of PLC operation, electrical motors, gearbox and components along with systems troubleshooting, including use of a multimeter and specialized toolsExperience in repairing and troubleshooting AC/DC electrical systems, reading schematics and using electrical testing equipment strongly preferredBasic shop equipment (mill, lathe, grinder, presses, etc.) preferredExperience in a manufacturing/production environment preferredAbility to work independently and as a team with flexibility to quickly shift work priorities Physical requirements:
