Salary Range: $19.00/hr Reports to: Food Safety & Quality Control Manager Date: December 2024 We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Food Safety and Quality Clerk to join our team! This position will work closely with the Food Safety and Quality Manager in monitoring, quantifying, and filing all necessary HACCP, USDA and FDA and other documentation. Essential Functions

Supervisory Responsibility This position has non-supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a laboratory setting or manufacturing facility where food products are processed. May require personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on environment. Employee will be exposed to varying temperatures, including cold refrigeration (38 degrees). Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and /or move 10- 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time exempt position in a 24/7/365 work environment. Days and hours of work vary based on operational needs and support.
