Responsibilities
The Integrated Master Scheduler III position will coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities that comply iwth a program's and/or project's requirements. The ideal candidate may also perform the following duties:
- Prepare and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program's and/or project's Schedule Management Plan (SMP).
- Perform schedule update procedures, recovery plans and "what-if" schedules as required.
- Establish and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
- Develop and manage a program's and/or project's schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively.
- Support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.
- Perform IMS critical path, schedule slack, and task predecessor/successor networking analyses.
- Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).
CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $120K - $134K.
Qualifications
Required
- 10 (ten) or more years of professional experience with integrated master scheduling for DoD or Navy programs
- Master's Degree
- Professional experience with DoD acquisition organizations spanning ACAT I/II to ACAT III/IV & AAPs, Projects, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways (to include Software Acquisition Pathway, Middle Tier Acquisition Pathway, etc.).
- Three (3) years of experience in direct support of a Navy or DoD Acquisition Agency
- Program IMS support experience with the Navy or comparable DoD Acquisition agencies
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- DAWIA Level III in program management or similar (e.g. PMP)
- TS/SCI Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Additional Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Milestones Professional
- Proficient in DCMA 14-point assessment tools (e.g. for Project, Deltek Acumen)
