Job Opening: Maintenance Technician

Location: Plymouth, IN
Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM | Nights: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM)
Pay Range: $25-$35/hour

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment including converting, printing, and extruding machinery. You'll also support building and grounds maintenance and work on special projects involving new installations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic systems, control circuits, and mechanical components.
• Perform preventive and reactionary maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Install new machines and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and machine control systems.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and source materials for repairs.
• Collaborate across departments and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Support PLC, DCS, and other control systems.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Electrical background or training strongly preferred.
• Welding, fabricating, machining (lathes, mills) experience.
• Ability to read LOTO procedures, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in machine repair or maintenance.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in environments with heat >90F, humidity >80%, and noise >85dB.
