Staffmark is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in Auburn, WA

Pay & Shift



  • $30/hr
  • Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Day Shift)



As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will ensure that all warehouse operations, storage, and distribution activities meet company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. You'll monitor product integrity, conduct audits, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

Responsibilities



  • Develop, maintain, and enforce warehouse quality procedures and documentation
  • Conduct hazard analyses, identify critical control points (CCPs), and implement preventive measures
  • Perform regular audits, inspections, and quality checks to verify compliance with safety, handling, labeling, and storage standards
  • Document and report quality findings, including non-conformances and corrective actions
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and operations teams to reinforce quality standards
  • Monitor storage conditions, including temperature-controlled environments and equipment calibration
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data and recommending process enhancements



Qualifications



  • Minimum of 6 months QA auditing experience
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
