In this rewarding role, you'll serve as the vital link between residents and the services they need. You'll design and deliver programs that enhance community life, foster engagement, and drive long-term positive outcomes. Schedule: 9am - 6pm

Pay: $25/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Implement core programs across Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
  • Coordinate after-school and teen programs that include homework help and enrichment activities.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local providers.
  • Plan and host engaging community events that encourage connection and belonging.
  • Provide referrals and resources to help residents access support services.
  • Publish monthly newsletters and event calendars.
  • Track and report program outcomes.




Qualifications:



  • Bilingual English/Vietnamese required.
  • Must have two tears of related experience.
  • Four years of experience in multi-family housing, social services, or community outreach - or a Bachelor's in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in youth educational programs and in serving diverse populations with cultural awareness.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, and Concur is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (for food distribution and event support).
