Genesis10 is currently looking for a Senior Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst for a contract to perm role with our client.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst to join their consulting team as a permanent member. This role will serve as the driving force in assisting healthcare provider clients across a range of complex projects, including traditional, strategic, and clinical revenue cycle, as well as medical group optimization initiatives.
The initial engagement will be with a client in the Southwestern USA. Upon successful completion, the consultant will transition to new projects with additional clients. This role is ideal for a professional with strong management consulting experience who thrives in a project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support healthcare clients through revenue cycle and medical group optimization projects
Analyze and interpret complex data to identify opportunities, root causes, and actionable solutions
Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
Develop reports, presentations, and deliverables that clearly communicate insights and recommendations
Collaborate with client teams to implement process improvements and drive measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of healthcare revenue cycle or medical group consulting experience
Strong emphasis on data analytics with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools (preferred)
Revenue cycle expertise across both acute care and professional revenue cycle (highly preferred)
Strong client relationship management skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with creativity in developing solutions
Travel Requirements
50-75% travel within California, Arizona, or Nevada. Travel expenses covered, including airfare or mileage, ground transportation, lodging, and meals
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay: $60.00 to $75.00/hour
