Manufacturing Technician

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electro-mechanical, and 3D printing equipment.
• Assemble/disassemble components, calibrate machinery, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Design, build, and maintain test fixtures, jigs, prototypes, and hardware platforms.
• Develop and document procedures for assembly, operation, and testing.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to solve complex issues, including root-cause analysis of non-conforming materials.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and designs; handle parts movement, sorting, and shipping as needed.

• AS degree in engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and strong interest/knowledge in 3D printing.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical tools, machine shop equipment, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting (electronics a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with software/firmware is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
