Quality Engineer

• Lead and resolve daily quality-related issues, both internal and external, while driving process improvements to meet KPIs.
• Develop, implement, and sustain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, SPC, and related methodologies.
• Analyze manufacturing system metrics, prioritize issues, and design/validate solutions to improve performance.
• Serve as the primary quality resource for policies, standards, and advanced statistical analysis of processes/products.
• Review and interpret complex prints, specifications, and schematics to support operations.
• Manage customer and supplier quality relations, expectations, and compliance needs.
• Represent Quality on cross-functional teams and provide guidance/mentorship to less experienced staff.

• Must have 8 years of relevant experience
• C.Q.E. and/or Quality Assurance training with certificate underway or completed a plus
• Knowledge of statistical software
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Knowledgeable of MS Office products
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
