Hours and Pay:

Shift: 4:30 PM - 3:15 AM (overnight schedule)

Pay Range: $52,000 - $65,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do as a Production Supervisor:

• Manage and monitor workflow to achieve 100% on-time delivery goals
• Measure the efficiency of processes using time studies and evaluations
• Troubleshoot and adjust SMT machines as needed
• Enforce operational policies and procedures set by management
• Assign and oversee tasks based on daily requirements
• Identify training needs and recommend solutions to management
• Monitor staffing needs and communicate with leadership
• Administer daily production reports and updates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing floor
• Address disciplinary issues appropriately and report to management when needed
• Appraise employee performance and productivity
• Submit requests for necessary supplies, tools, and resources
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills in communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and deliver results
• Proven leadership qualities with integrity, consistency, and trustworthiness
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
