Job Title: Industrial Regional Sales Manager

Location: Remote Location

What we're looking for:

We are looking for Regional Sales Manager for our Industrial Refrigeration Business. Hillphoenix is known for its forward-thinking technology and wide range of refrigeration system products. Region under consideration for coverage is the Central US.

What you'll be responsible for in this role:

  • Conduct sales calls to assigned accounts as well as prospective customers to explain the products and services that our company offers.
  • Actively pursue and establish relationships with industrial refrigeration channel partners resulting in broader exposure to project opportunities that lead to specific revenue growth targets
  • Manage and provide support to contracted Industrial Manufacturers Representative groups, within the specific region
  • Qualify account needs while identifying key mobilizers within a retailer's organization.
  • Create and close sales
  • Establish a commitment to forecasting business revenue on a month, quarter and annual basis
  • Build an annual strategic sales plan for the specific region
  • As the key single point of contact with customers in your specific region of influence, you will handle price objections, negotiations, preparation of bids and aftermarket support to strengthen the relationship
  • Model a collaborative atmosphere with our customer base that seeks to solve complex problems
  • Record, update, and analyze account information to identify sales strategies and objectives
  • Create and close sales.

  • Gather information on emerging trends within our industry from various sources.
  • Continually be aware of the expectations and needs of our customers.
  • Process requests for literature and vendor product information.
  • The RSM will be expected to visit with customers on a regular basis; minimum expected cycle is 4- 6 weeks or sooner if required.
    • In support of channel development and incremental revenue growth, the facilitating of training and interacting with key individuals within the Hillphoenix organization will be critical.
    • Visits with end users promoting the Industrial product solutions.
    • Leverage existing relationships that may yield Industrial opportunities.
    • Utilization of field sales support- Field Sales & Industrial Refrigerating Application Specialist. This support will assist both outside and inside helping to strengthen our position with potential channel partners.
  • This is a remote office position and salesperson will be required to maintain a home office

What are the basic qualifications?

  • Must have 3+ years' experience in technical sales
  • Minimum 3+ years Industrial Refrigeration experience

What are the preferred qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree Engineering or related field preferred
  • Experience and working understanding of Transcritical CO2 refrigeration systems

  • Strong knowledge of Refrigeration Equipment including HFC and C02 based equipment
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration industry including cold storage and food processing applications
