What You'll Do

• 
  

  Coordinate and dispatch drivers to ensure safe, efficient, and timely deliveries

  
  
• 
  

  Monitor inventory levels at customer locations and schedule replenishments

  
  
• 
  

  Adjust routes and delivery schedules as needed based on demand and market conditions

  
  
• 
  

  Partner with drivers, customer service, and operations teams to provide seamless service

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

  
  
• 
  

  Handle administrative tasks including load planning, order processing, and data entry

  
  
• 
  

  Troubleshoot delivery challenges and resolve issues quickly to keep customers satisfied

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Dispatching or logistics experience preferred (distribution, field service, or similar)

  
  
• 
  

  Strong communication and organizational skills

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

  
  
• 
  

  Problem-solver with strong decision-making and time management skills

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency with dispatch or inventory management tools (SmartLogix experience a plus)

  
  
• 
  

  Detail-oriented with a focus on safety, service, and results
