Principal Graphics Designer

  • Lead the creation of visually compelling, high-impact communication materials for Epicor's executive team, transforming complex technical and business concepts into clear, modern, and engaging visual stories.

  • Design and produce presentation decks, infographics, templates, and branded collateral that position Epicor as a forward-thinking, design-driven enterprise.

  • Partner directly with executives, marketing, product, and communications teams to understand narrative goals, target audiences, and desired impact.

  • Ensure brand consistency and design excellence across all executive-facing assets.

  • Serve as the creative lead for special executive initiatives, high-visibility events, and strategic communications.

  • Utilize advanced tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and presentation platforms, while continuously expanding skills into Figma, animation, and motion graphics as the role evolves.

  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects from concept through delivery under tight timelines, while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Mastery of visual storytelling-able to distill complex concepts into elegant, persuasive visuals.

  • Deep knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and color theory.

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote); openness to mastering Figma, After Effects, and animation tools.

  • Exceptional presentation design skills-capable of elevating executive-level narratives for both internal and external audiences.

  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking; ability to connect design execution with business outcomes.

  • Keen eye for modern, clean, and sophisticated design aesthetics suitable for a global enterprise brand.

  • Comfortable engaging with senior leaders, exercising discretion, diplomacy, and professional judgment.

  • Agile and adaptable in fast-paced, feedback-rich environments.

  • Awareness of emerging design and communication trends to keep Epicor's materials competitive.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in graphic design, communication design, or creative direction, with a strong focus on executive-level or corporate communications.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-stakes presentation materials and brand-driven visual assets in enterprise, technology, or B2B environments.

  • Portfolio demonstrating modern design sensibility, conceptual clarity, and measurable impact.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Experience collaborating directly with executives and cross-functional leadership teams.

  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, animation, or creative direction for digital/video formats.
