Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As the Financial Advisor Recruiting Manager, you will an integral part of our field management team! The role is responsible for supporting field management (Divisional, Complex and Branch Directors) to drive and meet Advisor Recruiting's growth goals. This includes communicating key messages related to our recruitment process, maintaining and converting a pipeline of talent and will play a critical role in the due diligence process.

What will you do?

  • Assist Divisional Directors & Complex Directors in the process of hiring experienced Financial Advisor teams to achieve and exceed our firm recruiting goals
  • Present on Divisional & Complex calls and in-person meetings to effectively communicate key messages from our strategic partners that will help drive recruiting results
  • Create and maintain Salesforce Reporting to provide accurate Dashboards that report key goal and performance metrics to the Director, Advisor Recruiting that will be reported to RBC executive leadership
  • Support the Complex Directors and Branch Directors with Salesforce Pipeline Management, including opportunities to build and convert the pipeline using digital marketing capabilities
  • Effectively support the leadership of Advisor Recruiting with execution of the firm's recruiting strategy
  • Provide assistance to the Wealth Management Consultants and other stakeholders on product and book of business due diligence
  • Document and share competitive intelligence on the industry and specific competitor firms to augment the recruiting efforts of our field leadership
  • Gather data and provide detailed analysis of the advisor recruiting landscape- including market movement trends and total opportunity by market, along with feedback from field management and recruits related to product, technology and platform enhancements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years' experience at a wealth management firm, with direct experience working with Financial Advisors
  • Proven business development experience
  • Strong drive to grow a business, hit key performance targets, anticipate future needs and provide solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal partners and Financial Advisors
  • Series 7 and 66 (or ability to obtain within 6 month of hire date)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed

  • Demonstrated experience working with different functional groups at a wealth management firm

The expected salary range for this particular position is $85,000-$150,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
