Position Overview As aKey Account Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth by managing and expanding relationships with key accounts-including gas companies, independent gas distributors, and OEMs. You'll identify new business opportunities, solve customer challenges, and promote the GCE and Victor product lines. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and grow the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business in sectors such as energy, healthcare, industrial gases, and OEMs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with ESAB, Ohio Medical, and broader commercial teams to develop account strategies.
- Generate and manage a robust pipeline of new projects.
- Engage with senior decision-makers to drive business outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery on customer goals.
- Represent GCE at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the Sales Director.
Qualifications Experience:
- 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably in gas companies, industrial gas distributors, OEMs, or related sectors.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing deals.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics and CRM systems.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
Languages:
- English required; Spanish is a plus.
Travel:
- Domestic travel up to 60%.
