Position Overview

As aKey Account Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth by managing and expanding relationships with key accounts-including gas companies, independent gas distributors, and OEMs. You'll identify new business opportunities, solve customer challenges, and promote the GCE and Victor product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and grow the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business in sectors such as energy, healthcare, industrial gases, and OEMs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with ESAB, Ohio Medical, and broader commercial teams to develop account strategies.
  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline of new projects.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers to drive business outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery on customer goals.
  • Represent GCE at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the Sales Director.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably in gas companies, industrial gas distributors, OEMs, or related sectors.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics and CRM systems.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Languages:

  • English required; Spanish is a plus.

Travel:

  • Domestic travel up to 60%.

Pay Range:

$104,567.00-$121,981.00
