Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer 2026 Superintendent Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Construction Management. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals, assisting in various tasks and projects that contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Location: San Antonio, TX

Dates: June 1st - August 7th, 2026 (10 weeks)


Essential Duties

  • Assist the Superintendent in daily operations and project management tasks.
  • Support the planning and execution of specific projects or initiatives.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions regarding project progress and challenges.
  • Help coordinate communication between team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
  • Observe and learn about compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to project status and performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous internship or experience in project management or related fields is preferred but not required.
