POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
This role is responsible for supporting the operational aspects of the Republic Credit Solutions ("RCS") relationships with assigned partners. This role will interact directly with the assigned partners and various management teams and will be the subject matter expert of all operational aspects of the relationship. Day-to-day duties will include support of both our partners and internal Republic departments (Accounting, Audit, Support, etc.).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of 4 years of Consumer Credit operations/processing experience preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of banking, auditing or compliance experience preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years customer service or lending experience required.
* Proficient in standard MS Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Issue Management - 45%
* Review program- and Bank-identified gaps or errors in processes and record on the Republic Processing Group ("RPG") Issue Log.
* Track assigned issues to completion.
* Work with Programs to prepare resolution and remediation plans.
* Prepare materials for Compliance review and approval.
* Review closing materials to validate efficacy of resolution.
* Review closing materials to validate completion of remediation.
Audit / Exam / Review - 20%
* Work with team members to collect and review materials associated with internal and external audits/exams/reviews.
* Review the final opinions/results from audits/exams/reviews to determine need for new issues or projects.
Complaint Management - 10%
* Review escalated complaints as they are received for all RCS programs.
* Review Program-provided materials to ensure all applicable items are received to address the specific complaints.
* Review drafted complaint responses to ensure consistency and alignment with program processes and expectations.
* Work directly with the RPG Customer Experience team to address questions on the monthly complaint logs.
Monitoring / Reviews - 10%
* Debt buyer monitoring, compiling metric data into reports.
* Conduct the assigned program(s) adverse action review.
* Escalate any oddities or findings to the appropriate team member.
Administration - 10%
* Physical mail handling including scanning, recording, and electronically delivering to the applicable program(s).
* Handling of "Research Requests" by searching RCS databases and involving other team members as needed.
* Researching potential ID theft claims delivered by RBT.
* Researching RCS-related subpoenas and requesting responses from applicable programs.
Vendor Oversight - 5%
* Conduct the assigned vendor background reviews.
* Work with RCS management to maintain vendor review calendar.
* Kick off vendor reviews and compilation of material to support Risk Assessment completion.
* Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
* Travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required including occasional out of town travel.
