ResultsCX: Customer Support That Truly Serves Give me the basics!At ResultsCX, our Seasonal Onsite Customer Service Representatives are skilled problem-solvers and trusted resources for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative working out of our Lakeland, Florida office, you will handle inbound calls to assist customers with routine tax questions and inquiries. We also support with client complaints, client support for various products and services, and appointment scheduling support. Real Stories. She was shocked to see she owed thousands and wasn't sure what went wrong. The agent calmly walked through her return, asking thoughtful questions about her business expenses.
