Position Description
Provides Human Resources support to one or more group(s) of managers or employees.
You will do this by:
Serving as the primary resource for employees and managers related to one or more functional HR areas; develops reports and analyses as required; recommends action within HR and/or to employees and managers; provides proactive resolution of employee concerns and problems with the goal of future problem prevention. - Researching, analyzing and developing recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes, procedures or programs to deliver innovative solutions to meet needs: assists in the implementation of new or revised policies and procedures.
Delivering written communications and presentations to communicate concepts related to one or more functional HR areas for diverse audiences of employees; develops and conducts training and presentations. Managing the recruitment efforts for hourly, exempt and nonexempt employees, students and temporary employees; may conduct new-employee orientations. Proactively partnering with managers to identify and develop talent within the assigned business; coach employees and managers, as necessary, in the individual performance and development process to achieve career goals. Partnering with business to manage employee relations issues such as Performance Improvement Plans, investigations, disciplinary measures, etc. Working with managers and the Compensation team to ensure total compensation for the business is competitive. Identify, facilitate, and resolve compensation and benefits issues quickly. Supporting outsourced processes, such as, FMLA/LOA and Workers Compensation providing feedback when issues arise along with solutions. Maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Performing other duties as assigned, which may include leading projects of varying scale or scope.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent education and experience
Experience Requirements
- Minimum five years related professional, progressive experience in human resources setting, manufacturing preferred
