Job Description

What is the opportunity?

The Technical Lead will serve as a critical technical resource in the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and client reporting solutions, contributing to the creation and support of internal applications required for reporting functions. This role involves coordinating across global jurisdictions to design, implement, and support client reporting and marketing collateral development needs, while acting as a key contact for gathering data and business requirements, translating requirements into technical specifications, and developing project plans. The Technical Lead will focus on identifying opportunities to improve existing processes, implementing efficiency-driven solutions, and streamlining workflows to enhance productivity. Additionally, this role includes creating and maintaining documentation to ensure the successful execution and delivery of reporting and business process improvements for end users. The ideal candidate will provide production support for both vendor and proprietary reporting applications, troubleshooting development and production issues across multiple environments. Facilitating knowledge sharing is a key aspect of the role, achieved by documenting processes, conducting training sessions, and fostering collaboration to ensure team members have access to relevant information and best practices. The Technical Lead will also contribute to the creation and alignment of industry reporting best practices, addressing both technical and operational perspectives. The ideal individual will possess strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of reporting tools and technologies and the ability to work closely with end users at all levels.

What will you do?

* Act as technical resource in marketing collateral and client reporting development. Assist in building and maintaining internal applications needed to support reporting functions

* Coordinateacross global jurisdictions when designing, implementing and supporting client reporting and marketing collateral development needs. Serveas key contact for gathering data and business requirements, translating requirements into technical specs and developing project plans

* Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, implement efficiency-driven solutions, and streamline workflows to enhance productivity

* Create and maintain documentation required for the successful execution and delivery of reporting and business process improvements to end business users

* Production support for reporting applications, including both vendor and proprietary applications and troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and applications

*Facilitate knowledge sharing by documenting processes, conducting training sessions, and fostering collaboration to ensure team members have access to relevant information and best practices

* Contribute to the creation and alignment of industry reporting best practices from both a technical and operational perspective

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • ETL and database experience
  • Experience working with Eagle product suite
  • Investment Operations experience
  • Experience with Simcorp Coric and/or Seismic
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments, coupled with a dedicated work ethic that demonstrates reliability, persistence, and a commitment to achieving goals

Nice-to-have

  • Development Experience (C#) is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity and experience with the Agile process

The expected salary range for this particular position is $85,000-$150,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
