What this job involves:

As a Workplace Experience Ambassador at JLL, you will be an expert who creates value through lasting partnerships and exceptional client experiences. This client-facing role combines your passion for hospitality with brilliant people skills to deliver superior service within training centers and meeting spaces. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for client employees, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. Your expertise will enhance engagement between JLL, service partners, and clients while contributing to a hospitality-focused workplace environment that exceeds expectations.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Serve as initial point of contact for client employee inquiries, issues, and feedback related to training centers and meeting services
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs of training centers and meeting rooms to ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Build meaningful relationships with client employees and guests through visible engagement and active workplace presence
  • Manage conference room bookings and resolve scheduling conflicts as training center event concierge
  • Respond to all requests within one day, including personal follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Support data collection and analysis to align with client goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with account teams across all business lines to deliver comprehensive experience services
  • Organize and operationalize key engagement events to enhance client location experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility management, or operations
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality excellence
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record of superior customer service
  • Independent work capability with strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Professional demeanor with ability to maintain brand image and compliance standards
  • Strong communication skills for client interface and issue resolution
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate operations
  • Experience in training center or conference facility management
  • Background in event planning and coordination
  • Experience with third-party vendor relationship management
  • Familiarity with service level agreement management and reporting
  • Process improvement and innovation experience
  • Administrative support experience for corporate environments
  • Flexibility and adaptability for special client events and requests
