Job Description

The Value Added Services (VAS) business unit is unlocking new capabilities through the strategic use of Generative AI (Gen AI).

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Product and Portfolio Operations team, responsible for driving the integration of Gen AI expertise, tools, and best practices into our operational and product management processes. In this highly collaborative role, you will be a catalyst for innovation, empowering our organization to leverage Gen AI for enhanced efficiency, data driven decision-making, and differentiated portfolio outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Gen AI Research & Solution Assessment

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement Gen AI solutions that enhance product lifecycle management, portfolio governance, and operational excellence within VAS.
  • Monitor market trends, vendor offerings, and internal pain points to identify Gen AI opportunities.
  • Conduct analyses (e.g., cost benefit, feasibility, risk) and prepare recommendations for leadership review.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with Product Managers, Portfolio Leads, Operations, and Technology teams to discover high-impact Gen AI use cases and to deliver value-driven solutions.

Enablement & Change Support

  • Develop slide decks, job aids, and quick-start guides that explain Gen AI capabilities and use cases.
  • Coordinate logistics for demos, lunch and learns, and hands on workshops, capture feedback for continuous improvement.

Governance & Best-Practice Contribution

  • Assist in drafting guidelines that address security, compliance, and ethical use of Gen AI.
  • Maintain a central repository of standards, templates, and lessons learned.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Define KPIs in partnership with business owners, build dashboards or reports (e.g., in Power BI, Tableau) to visualize adoption and impact.

Continuous Innovation

  • Stay current on Gen AI advancements, summarize key developments and propose experiments or proofs of concept.
  • Participate in external forums or webinars to bring fresh perspectives into the organization.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, portfolio or project management, or a related analytical role.
  • Exposure to Gen AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics tools (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, RPA) is preferred.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python is highly preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable preparing executive ready materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Passion for technology innovation and continuous learning.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,100.00 to 162,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
