Job Description
  • Design, deliver, and run efficient and effective operating frameworks
    • Help design mechanisms to alert, track and accelerate OKRs and KPIs
    • Collaborate with various departments to define stakeholder engagement models and reporting mechanisms to achieve business goals.
  • Support department OKRs, KPIs, and reporting:
    • Assist in the monitoring, reporting, and alignment of OKRs and KPIs.
    • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
    • Proactively manage executive reporting activities, creating narratives/content for various audiences (i.e. PPT, data visualization).
    • Contribute to business reviews and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagement:
    • Build relationships with global and regional product management, marketing, design, data sciences, technology, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
    • Assist in prioritizing and coordinating shared service resources (i.e. Design, Data Science, Product Marketing, Dashboards).
  • Own the process of setting up and rolling out newsletters on a regular cadence for all of Global Card Products. This would include designing the format of the newsletter, gather inputs from regional and global stakeholders, curating the content and managing the stakeholder distribution list.
  • Setup, manage and coordinate the global card products sharepoint site including managing the content for the individual portfolios (credit, debit and prepaid).
  • Assist with managing the technology portfolio, collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize EPICs. This requires gaining an understanding of all Products within the portfolio.
  • Lead special projects:
    • Identify and recommend process improvements within the team, with stakeholders, and for clients (e.g., client onboarding, product delivery PLM, tech portfolio management) and continually assess optimization opportunities
  • This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

*2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

*3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, CS, MIS or related field.

*2-4 years of experience in product management, business planning and operations

*Understanding of product development lifecycle (e.g. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

*Strong analytical skills, communication skills and attention to detail.

*Experience with product/project management tools (e.g., Jira Align, Power BI, MS Project).

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word) and experience with data/financial modeling and budgeting preferred.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,800.00 to 149,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
