Loan Operations Specialist II

Primary Purpose:

Assist branch personnel with questions and issues regarding Loan Platform, ALS, NetTrax, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, exceptions, and other general loan questions related to property insurance.

• Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist branch personnel with insurance related questions
• Input and verify information submitted to the insurance tracking vendor
• Perform hazard insurance calculations as needed
• Maintain knowledge of the requirements pursuant to loan policy and federal regulations
• Understand and follow general loan policy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:

• High School Diploma
• College degree or applicable work experience
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Understanding of loan products and functionality
• Professional written and oral communication skill.
• Ability to operate standard computer and office equipment
• Ability to adapt to changing environments as workflow is adjusted for regulatory and workflow changes
• General knowledge surrounding escrow and insurance preferred
