The position is responsible for performing routine website content updates, as well as designing and formatting flyers and other outreach materials in accordance with established branding guidelines. This role supports the program's recruitment and communication efforts, offering students valuable hands-on experience in marketing and digital communications. Duties and Responsibilities: * Basic updates of website content, including posting announcements, uploading documents, and revising text as directed. * Create and format recruitment flyers, posters, and related outreach materials. * Ensure that all digital and print materials align with program branding and accessibility standards. * Assist with minor updates to social media or related platforms, as assigned. * Perform additional administrative or communication tasks as needed. Minimum Qualifications Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress. Preferred Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Current enrollment as a student at UNM. * Basic knowledge of Cascade website content management systems (training provided). * Familiarity with design software such as Canva, Microsoft Publisher, or Adobe Creative Suite. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Effective communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Preference given to those eligible for work-study. * Experience with digital media, marketing, or graphic design. * Prior experience performing website updates or creating promotional materials.
