Job Description

*The Regional Sales Manager opportunity may be remotely based within the USA, with the understanding and agreement that the employee travels into the Cannon-Muskegon plant (in West Michigan) as required.

Being onsite in Muskegon will be required for orientation and the onboarding/training process, and travel to Muskegon, Michigan (and other locations in general) will be required as needed for Customer engagement.

Regional Sales Manager Summary

Principal responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager is to manage Sales and contractual commitments of both the existing & potential new customers and grow sales revenue as defined by Director of Sales Americas.

Essential Functions

Meet daily, weekly and quarterly sales bookings targets.

Manage and maximize regional revenue, profitability, and share within the structure of the region

Maintain and analyze essential metrics and necessary information to monitor the health of the contract and provide feedback to Seniors on Contract performance

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to recover or improve PCC Metals performance in line with Contract requirements

Prioritize Technical Support projects

Participate in negotiation of major agreements and amendments to the Contracts

Develop and nurture customer relationships at the highest level to support key accounts as well as Cannon Muskegon business growth strategies

Coordinate and Interact with other PCC Metals Segment functions including Operations, Q&T, Logistics, Finance in North American and Europe to develop the business proposition.

Manage inside and outside sales personal in Region

Set goals and objectives with inside and outside sales reps.

Direct sales personal to meet weekly customer visits while penetrating each account to is highest level.

Additional hours may occasionally be needed in order to ensure all deliverables are completed timely.

Additional Responsibilities

Experience in contract management or negotiation

3-10 years of Aerospace technical sales and/or marketing experience.

Candidate should have worked for or worked with major Aerospace customers dealing at the senior levels.

Ideally an Engineering or technical education (preferred)

The ideal candidate for the role of Regional Sales Manager will possess a balanced mix of sales and account management skills
