Sports Marketing is essential for brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. Role overview:This exhilarating position provides you with the opportunity to establish, organize, and implement a fresh major partnership with the NFL. Your duties will encompass supervising every aspect of bringing this essential collaboration to life, ensuring its triumph through thorough planning and flawless execution. Working alongside a cross-functional team, you will align programs with our overall marketing and branding targets. The role involves spearheading the implementation of the NFL plan in cooperation with Business Units (DME, DX) and functional teams within the Global Marketing organization (Creative Studio, Brand Strategy, Brand Marketing, Social, Paid Media, Research, Communications) nationally and internationally. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Head of Sports Marketing and the Growth Media team in developing the sports media strategy and owning the execution of paid media. This role will also direct key agency partners to deliver on strategy and program management. This position is a blend of strategy, day-to-day partner management, understanding consumer insights, and creative planning to drive our brand's growth objectives. Success in this role is directly tied to the growth in awareness, consideration, relevance for our Adobe brand and core businesses, and product activation/adoption. What you'll Do:

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
