Home Care Occupational Therapist - 32 hours/week

Job Summary
Reporting to the Rehabilitation Supervisor, Home Care, this position provides evaluation, Development of individualized care planning care, instruction to patient/family, and direct occupational therapy services to patients/families in the home setting.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.

Experience
Prior Home Care experience is strongly recommended, or at least one year previous experience in an Acute and/or Rehab setting.

Licensure and/or Certification
Current MA OT license, and BLS for the healthcare provider.
