Summary:

In this role, you will lead a team of Client Services Account Managers (CSAMs) to deliver outstanding support to our non-acute healthcare members. You will ensure consistent execution of client initiatives, effective coordination with Envi and Provista sales teams, and the delivery of actionable insights through performance reporting. You will play a critical role in supporting member satisfaction, contract utilization, and ongoing value delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Client Services team serving non-acute provider members.

  • Develop strong, strategic relationships with member stakeholders to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Oversee the execution of member-facing projects, including onboarding, implementation, compliance initiatives, and savings programs.

  • Support Client Services Account Managers in managing timelines, deliverables, and internal collaboration with operational and sales partners.

  • Partner with Envi and Provista sales leaders to align client services efforts with enterprise objectives and drive mutual success.

  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution across member accounts.

  • Review, analyze, and deliver recurring reporting packages to members, including contract compliance, purchasing behavior, and opportunity assessments.

  • Conduct regular member meetings and business reviews to communicate performance metrics and identify strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience working with healthcare providers, preferably in the non-acute or alternate-site care setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing client facing teams.

  • Strong track record of managing multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
