Job Summary:
Responsible for providing administrative support to various functions of a dedicated business unit within the organization.

Job Duties:
- Greet all visitors with a professional demeanor and assist them with whatever they need
- Answer all phone lines. Transfer to correct admin depending on request. Assist all questions in a timely and courteous manner
- Check all voicemails, make notes of all messages and distribute messages to the correct contact
- Assist all applicants as they come in for interviews. Collect their two forms of ID and make copies to give to the recruiters.
- Coordinates fingerprint/background check appointments for badging application and Airport SIDA access.
- Keep office orderly and tidy. Refill supplies, sweep, wipe down desks and chairs
- Receive all orders, take inventory and put items away
- Uniform Inventory weekly
- Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to frequently lift, move up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.
Working conditions:
- The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
