The Executive Assistant role at Tesla goesabove and beyondthe scope of a typical EA position. You will become the right hand and operational partner to the leadership team you support, tackling challengingobjectivesand propelling a group of senior leaders to push the limits ofwhat'spossible as a team.
In your role, you will be exposed to, and increasingly over timeparticipatein, business-critical initiatives and decisions. This role, along with the leaders it supports,isbased inReno, NVand is on-site full time.Occasionally,you'llaccompanyleaders to various locations in the Bay Area or during travel when support is needed.
What You'll Do
- Host and coordinate team meetings, including sourcing agenda topics and exercisingjudgmenttoassess team priorities
- Stayingcurrentonever-changing company policies and relevant resources for the team,helping tonavigate and implement changes where necessary
- Collaboratewith IT, Workplace, HR, and other support organizations for equipment, facility, andotherteam needs
- Identifyitems to be communicatedto the team, determineappropriate audience, andfacilitateefficient communication
- Take notesduring leadership team meetings,synthesize outcomes, and communicate action items
- Expense administration,teamtravelbooking, andevent planning and coordination
- Regularlyevaluateexecutive priorities, adjustagendas,and keepappropriatestakeholdersinformed
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant forDirectoror higher position(s)
- Discretion in managinghighly sensitiveand confidentialinformation
- Ability toprofessionallyrepresentthe senior leadership team with your actions and words, communicating clearly and concisely
- Comfort supporting teams who are technically oriented, andfacilitatingmeetings and initiatives that involve highly technical topics
- Ability to multitask calmly and efficiently under pressurewithshifting prioritiesand changing direction
- Willingness to take feedback and incorporate it quickly
- Fluency inMicrosoft suite of workplace productivity tools, especiallyOutlookandExcel
