We're looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join our team and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for these critical solutions. This highly customer-facing role is your opportunity to combine deep technical knowledge with relationship-building skills-supporting enterprise customers, gathering feedback from the field, and partnering with our product teams to influence the future of identity security.


What You'll Do

  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to deliver roadmap presentations, technical deep dives, and best-practice sessions.
  • Answer technical questions about deployment architecture, integration patterns, and modern authentication standards (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, FIDO).
  • Act as a bridge between customers and product teams-capturing field insights, feature requests, and emerging needs to help shape product strategy.
  • Partner with account teams and solutions engineers on pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including demos, POCs, and technical consultations.
  • Develop and maintain enablement resources such as solution briefs, FAQs, demo scripts, and technical guides.
  • Stay current on market trends and emerging technologies in authentication, fraud detection, and identity verification.


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or customer-facing technical roles (e.g., pre-sales engineer, technical account manager, or product enablement).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols and standards (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, FIDO, Passkeys).
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A definite plus is a strong understanding of MFA, fraud/risk engines, and identity verification technologies.

Salary Range: $109,000-$152,500

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
