Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support II

Technology Services Group Inc. seeks a Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support II for its Jersey City, NJ location.

DUTIES: Design, implement, integrate, and provide full support for complex software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment. Maintain and support moderately complex infrastructure environments. Perform complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert. Work to ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup. Lead root cause analysis and problem management for complex problems to address underlying technical issues. Collaborate with business and application development stakeholders. Coordinate production readiness reviews for new releases and validate the supportability of changes prior to introduction into production. Monitor infrastructure and respond to incidents, perform routine health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents, follow defined procedures for routine, low priority incident resolution. Escalate to second level infrastructure support for new or high priority incidents, Review and execute change management scripts. Handle major incident management calls for resolution of high priority incidents. Contribute to the achievement of area objectives. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation. Eight (8) years of experience must include: Performing NAS and SAN, object storage provisioning and decommissioning across EMC VMAX, PURE, NetApp and Hyper-converged platform environments; Supporting Disaster Recovery tests using SRDF, Snapmirror, and One Desk, and leverage Python automation; Operating migration with storage assets in EMC and NetApp using SRDF, Snap Mirror, and StorageX; Utilizing Cisco SAN for fabrics management, troubleshooting, and code upgrades; and Providing support for any service impacting incidents on critical business systems using Dell EMC PowerMax, VMAX3, VNX, ECS, Isilon, PURE Storage Arrays, Netapp cdot and Cisco SAN management tools. Technology Services Group Inc. assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary/range for this position is expected to be $168,300.00 to $179,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. Base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the Technology Services Group Inc. total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
