Additionally, the Executive Assistant will build relationships across departments, affiliates, and external organizations, while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality. The position will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Director of Internal Consulting, which includes performing advanced administrative duties that require considerable skill, in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, managing dynamic calendars, initiating correspondence, preparing data and reports for leadership groups, managing special projects, and serving as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates will have the ability to work independently, think ahead, and proactively solve problems. This will help shape the success of our leadership team and, ultimately, the impact we make on the lives we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and initiate action regarding administrative functions while coordinating and leading projects.
- Provide administrative support for Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Director Internal Consulting. Compose correspondence as needed, which may contain confidential information.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, travel itineraries and related arrangements.
- Use a variety of software packages (primarily MS Office and Workday) to compile/analyze data, collect information from multiple sourcesand prepare summary reports and presentations for the leaders they support.
- Proofread and format documents to ensure accuracy, especially PowerPoint presentations.
- Screen telephone calls and visitors to resolve complex inquiries.
- Greet and direct visitors in professional atmosphere. Exceptional customer service skills required.
- Assist in budget preparation, enter purchase and check requisitions, and monitor expenditures for the office cost center.
- Distribute mail and organize filing systems accurately maintaining records.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Fluent with Microsoft Office products specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong clerical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Flexibility, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service
- High-level proficiency in business English, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all documents and communications.

Minimum Qualifications:
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum education: Associate's Degree
Minimum experience: 5 years of executive assistant experience
