Job Description PCC Airframe Segment is looking for future college graduates to join their Technical Rotation Program. This two-year program develops the knowledge and skills to become the future engineering leaders for our various facilities within the organization. The TRP program is a two year program. Each engineering rotation will be one year in length. First Year Assignment Location Opportunities: Pacific NW, Southern California, NY, PA, and Tulsa, OK. Must be willing to relocate for 2nd year assignment. Duties & Responsibilities Assignments may include, but are not limited to, process control, process improvement, metallurgy, tooling and fixture design, production support, facilities maintenance, and maintaining quality systems. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university. A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher Clubs, organizations, or activity involvement Prior Internship or Co-Op in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Must be a US Persons* Must be open to relocation Excellent communication and team building skills. This development program is intended to prepare TRP graduates for a full-time Engineering position at one of the Airframe facilities. Upon graduation, successful candidates will be placed into a full-time role within the Airframe Segment. Relocation Relocation is authorized for this position. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $75000 to $75000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter .
