We have an opportunity for a Category Human Resources Manager to join our Manitowoc, WI team. You will play a critical role in driving strong business performance at Pentair through progressive talent and culture practice as the HR business partner to various leaders and teams within the Commercial Water Solutions Business Unit. The role provides comprehensive HR leadership in a variety of areas including leadership coaching, organization design, change management, engagement, talent management, development planning, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations and compliance. As part of the Ice leadership team, this role will primarily partner with the General Manager, functional leaders and teams at Pentair's Manitowoc, Wisconsin office and manufacturing site. The role will be based on Manitowoc and is expected to be onsite five days per week. This role will have global influence and matrixed responsibilities for regional operations and business teams. Key Qualifications:
Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $110700 - $2056000 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
