Army Market Lead, Executive Vice President
The Opportunity: As a senior business leader within Booz Allen's Global Defense Sector (GDS) Army market, you will be responsible for leading, transforming, and expanding a large portfolio in support of the U.S. Army. You will oversee technical transformation, program execution, customer relationship cultivation, regulatory compliance, and drive sustained, profitable growth. The position encompasses operational delivery, business development, financial stewardship, technical transformation, and strategic leadership across a global Army market. How You'll Contribute:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the Army portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and Army priorities, and lead and support efforts to elevate the company's brand in relevant markets as a luminary through corporate affairs, government relationships, speaking events, publications, and media
- Serve as a thought leader, positioning the company as a trusted partner for Army modernization, readiness, and transformation initiatives, and build and maintain trusted relationships with senior Army leaders, acquisition officials, and key stakeholders
- Drive business development by partnering with Global Defense Growth, Defense Technology Group (DTG), Chief Technology Office (CTO), National Cyber Platform (NCP) and capture teams to identify, shape, and secure new business opportunities aligned with company transformation strategies
- Provide executive oversight for technical and mission-critical Army programs, ensuring delivery excellence, cost control, schedule adherence, and mission success, and enforce governance and compliance frameworks in alignment with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and company policies
- Champion a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement and drive executive talent development by mentoring senior leaders and fostering a culture of leadership excellence to ensure long-term growth and innovation across the Army portfolio

- 15+ years of experience with managing large teams and complex portfolios within the DoD
- 15+ years of experience with progressive technical leadership, including leading cross-functional teams in the areas of engineering, analytics, consulting, and digital Cyber
- Experience driving innovation and digital transformation initiatives within larec, complex organizations, such as the DoD
- Experience with P&L management and in meeting growth, revenue, and profitability targets
- Experience leading teams of senior executives
- Knowledge of Army modernization priorities such as CJADC2, cyber resilience, data analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, and mission engineering
- Ability to demonstrate actionable relationships with key decision makers in the defense and intelligence sectors
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with managing large teams and complex portfolios within the DoD supporting the U.S. Army
- Experience with military service, including an officer role preferred
- Experience with the defense industrial base and technology ecosystem, to include an awareness of leading vendors, potential partners, and go-to-market channels
- Possession of excellent presentation and collaboration skills
- Possession of excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Possession of excellent leadership skills
- Master's degree preferred
- TS/SCI clearance preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $328,750 to 368,750 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
