  • Build and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations using JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and related tools.
  • Design and support integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, webhooks, and MID Servers.
  • Configure and manage key modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, ITOM, HAM/SAM, and CSM as needed.
  • Develop and enhance business rules, client/server scripts, UI policies, script includes, scheduled jobs, and workflow automations.
  • Ensure CMDB integrity by supporting Discovery, implementing normalization rules, managing CI lifecycle, and developing CMDB dashboards and reports.
  • Contribute to platform architecture decisions, roadmaps, and implementation of ServiceNow best practices, including CSDM alignment.
  • Own and optimize service catalog offerings and portal experiences, including record producers, variables, and custom widgets.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, conduct peer reviews, and help define and enforce platform development standards.
  • Drive release management by supporting instance upgrades, regression testing (e.g., via ATF), and managing update sets.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, lead workshops, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Support platform security by managing roles, ACLs, and enforcing least privilege access models.
  • Use DevOps practices including source control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines to manage code across environments.
  • Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot platform issues, and support root cause analysis and incident response.
  • Contribute to governance processes, including CAB participation, demand assessments, and development intake.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases, assessing new features and recommending platform enhancements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Deliver reports, KPIs, and dashboards to provide insights into process performance and platform adoption.
