Electrical Testing Technician

• Conduct electrical and mechanical tests on transformers (insulation resistance, power factor, temperature rise, etc.)
• Use precision testing equipment to gather and analyze results
• Document findings and ensure compliance with strict quality standards
• Partner with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment for accuracy and reliability
• Contribute to the development of testing procedures and continuous improvement initiatives

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years in testing or quality assurance, ideally in manufacturing
• Solid understanding of electrical principles and transformer operations
• Proficiency with testing equipment and software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
