CNC Operator - Produce Precision Parts with a Winning Team

Hours & Pay

Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (36 hours paid as 40)

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do Each Day



  • Produce quality machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines.
  • Set up and operate manual machines as needed.
  • Read work orders, blueprints, and specifications to plan machining operations.
  • Apply a basic understanding of GD&T to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Program mills, lathes, and/or EDMs; set tool registers, offsets, and reference points.
  • Verify machine settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample workpieces.
  • Perform drilling, grooving, turning, facing, and other machining operations while maintaining quality standards.
  • Detect malfunctions, troubleshoot processes, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Document and communicate actions across shifts to ensure continuity.
  • Maintain equipment, a clean workspace, and adherence to safety and quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001).
  • Support continuous improvement by applying LEAN practices.

What We're Looking For



  • Minimum 1 year of CNC machine operation experience (pay DOE).
  • Associate degree or technical training preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering plans, and safety documentation.
  • Strong math skills (fractions, geometry, ratios, proportions).
  • Experience with forklifts is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, crouching, and climbing.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a focus on producing quality results.
